WHAT WE DO WITH THE INFORMATION WE GATHER

We require this information to reply to website enquiries, to send your #12in12 medal, to send your technical t-shirt if you are a Gold member and to update you with our latest information. We may use the data in accordance with UK Athletics to see the demographics of our community and to create any statistics we are sharing within the 12in12 community. We will only share your details with other 12in12 members if you have given us your permission to do so, i.e. if you are looking for a #SupportBuddy.

In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Any card details will be securely stored for your use on the site only.

CONTROLLING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION & GDPR

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting if you tell us that you wish this to happen. You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998 and GDPR. A small fee will be payable.
